Project Management

    Every project.
    Every dimension.
    One screen.

Owners start the day on the project list; PMs spend it there. Every job and its status on one page, and one click into any of them opens the finance, schedule, documents, photos, messages, and sign-offs together — with checks that stop bad information getting in to begin with.

    What's Inside

    Guardrails, not just dashboards

Status locks, completion guards, warnings dialogs, merge tools, full audit — built so the wrong thing can't happen by accident.

    AI reads every message thread

AI reads across the conversations on your active jobs and tells your PM what needs them: a job that's blocked, a customer losing patience, a question nobody answered. 'I didn't see that message' stops being how jobs go wrong.

    Trouble a checklist would miss

The problems that never show up as an overdue date — the ones you'd only catch by actually reading the job. They surface on the Site Health Board with the message that gave it away one click away.

    Project Summary — master list

Every project and its status on one list, where you can change a status without opening the project. Export the whole thing to PDF or Excel with every column intact. The one page an owner actually opens every morning.

    Tabbed project detail

Info, finance, schedule, documents, photos, communication, chat, checklists and feedback, audit trail, client portal — every side of a project on one screen, each under its own tab. You never go looking for another window.

    Status lifecycle with guards

Lead → Sold → In Production → On Hold → Completed → Cancelled. A project can't be marked Completed until the customer has signed off on every scope, and cancelling one cancels its unpaid invoices rather than leaving them on your books.

    Auto-complete on final sign-off

When the customer's last sign-off comes in, the project moves itself to Completed and records the date. Nobody has to remember to close it out three weeks later.

    Warnings dialog

One dialog flags everything incomplete or inconsistent about a project before it becomes a problem — a PM's pre-flight check.

    Vendor mapping

Say once, at kickoff, which subcontractors and which salesperson are on the job. From then on their commissions are calculated and their bills routed without anyone re-entering it.

    Merge Projects (admin-only)

The same job ends up in the system twice — imported from your CRM, entered twice by a rep, or a lead that turned into a contract. An admin merges the two into one, with a record of exactly what was combined. Nothing is lost, nothing is left stranded.

    Full audit trail

Every change anywhere on a project is logged with who made it, when, why, and exactly what changed. Schedule moves, document uploads, status changes, edits to the money — all searchable, all recoverable.

Jobs your CRM has and production doesn't

A job that exists in your CRM but was never brought across shows up in a Missing Projects list — so the two sides don't quietly drift apart while you assume everything is on the board.

    Know where to look

The Site Health Board surfaces what needs you.

AI reads the conversations on your projects while a set of plain checks watches the schedule and the money. Everything that needs you, in one feed, and one click to put any of it off until later.

    Insight feed

    • A schedule that has gone quiet
    • A milestone that has slipped past its date
    • Work finished that nobody has billed for yet
    • A client left waiting on an answer
    • Money and schedule that have drifted out of step
    • Sign-offs and checklists still outstanding
