Permits & Inspections

The city updates your job. Nobody has to check.

Twice a day iBuildPro opens your building department's website — signing in with your login, or using their public search — reads what it says about every permit still open, and updates the job. Your PM finds out a permit was approved because the schedule moved, not because somebody remembered to look.

What's inside

Built into the same job record.

The work stays connected from the first action to the final record, so the office and field are looking at the same information.

It checks, so nobody has to

Every open permit, every morning and every evening — before crews are dispatched, and after the city's day ends.

Login or public search

Some authorities need an account; some publish a search anyone can use. Save either. Where there's no login, there's no password to store.

It reads the page like a person would

When a portal hides its search behind a tab or a dropdown, or labels status somewhere unusual, AI works through the site and reads the answer — without anyone writing rules for that city.

It won't guess

A status only ever moves forward. It never closes, expires or denies a permit on its own, and wording it isn't sure about is flagged for a person instead of applied.

Inspections on the schedule

Schedule an inspection and it appears on the Gantt; add an inspection line to the Gantt and the permit record is created for it. One thing, two places, always in step.

Add a permit without leaving

Scheduling an inspection on a job with no permit yet? Create the permit right there in the same box and carry on.

Bulk triage and denial history

Every permit across every job on one board — resubmissions, denials and the reason each time, kept as history rather than overwritten.

Your passwords stay locked

Credentials are encrypted, visible to nobody in the app, and readable only by the process that signs in.

See it on your own work.

Bring the URL of your building department. In the demo we'll save it, run a live status check, and show what lands on the job.
